Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and systems
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage employee grievances
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintain plant safety and security operations
• Conduct training in consultation with the plan head
