Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team in Anjar Ajapar on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management within the printing and packaging industry. The position requires expertise in lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, account management, and sales pipeline management (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, a leading customer relationship management software, essential for managing client interactions effectively
- Experience with HubSpot, a comprehensive platform for marketing and sales tools that enhance customer engagement
- Strong CRM software skills, crucial for maintaining accurate client records and fostering customer satisfaction
- Exceptional cold calling abilities to identify and establish new client relationships actively
- Proven negotiation skills vital for closing deals and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for effectively collaborating with diverse client teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulous management of client accounts and sales pipelines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into opportunities for the company
- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and progress
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique offerings of Miracle Group's products
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide feedback to the product development teams based on client interactions to enhance offerings
