Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and job requirements
• Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and job boards
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Conducting in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications
• Administering pre-employment assessments and reference checks
• Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the hiring process
• Developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
• Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports on the hiring process
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
