Work hand-in-hand with solution architects and implementation consultants to build processes that are secure, reliable and efficient.

Analyses areas for concern or risk in our workflow processes and provides a solution focus through process to ensure improvements take place throughout the workflow lifecycle.

Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements.

Work directly with the business teams to understand new requirements.

Take up ownership of applications, deliver requirements with good quality on time.

Demo of deliverables to Product Owner & other stake holders at end of each sprint.

Active participation in PC planning, share better approaches with team.

Responsible for application uptime, code quality, production issues.

Essential Skills:

2 years' experience in any one of the BPM tool development experiences like JBPM, CAMUNDA, ITENTIAL, WLI..etc.

Expertise on Advanced JavaScript.

Familiar with CI/CD Deployment.

Strong knowledge on Agile, Scrum, Mocha & Chai, Maven, Git (Branching and basic commands) and JENKINS.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge on NodeJS

Knowledge on MongoDB
