• This person must have sold and helped solution HRO and Learning deals in a BPO environment
• Working alongside account management teams to maximise opportunities in defined markets
• Call on key contacts at target companies to assess and qualify their need for services
• Collaborate with local, regional, and national marketing resources to develop tactics and programs to contact targets, secure appointments with targets, and to maintain ongoing communication links with targets
• Actively generate new leads and prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team
• Pursue warm leads provided by marketing to sell Brightwave as an organisation
• Manage incoming sales enquires created via our direct marketing, social media and web campaigns and seek opportunities for Brightwave to join preferred supplier lists and follow up leads generated from seminars, exhibitions and other activities
• Keep our Salesforce CRM system up to date with all your client communications and when required, conduct demos, attend pitches and prepare presentations
• When required, undertake a detailed needs assessment of each sales opportunity in order to help prepare a detailed proposal or tender
• When required, help prepare proposals and tenders and create and modify proposal templates and own your leads and prospects and take pride in fostering a successful relationship with them at each stage of a sale and subsequently once a sale has been won
