Responsibilities:


  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business growth areas and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products or services and persuade potential clients to engage with the business.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Networking and Events: Attending industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and seminars to expand professional networks and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and alignment with company goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, pipeline growth, and key performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study to enhance professional skills and contribute to the company's success.
