Job Description -

•  Monitor & maintaining IT Helpdesk OR Ticket Raising System timely & Permanent solution.
• Support & troubleshooting for Windows, Linux client & server Operating Systems.
•  Routine Monitoring, Logs Check, Surveillance, cleanup, Maintenance of All Devices.
• Hardware Troubleshooting, Part Replacements, Analysis for desktop Laptop & Server Devices.
•  Knowledge for Printer, scanner, Door Access, Punching Clock, All-in-one, Industrial systems.
• Mailbox outlook, office365, management & troubleshooting Office Pack Good Knowledge e.g. excel
•  Monitoring All Systems Logs, space and server Health Network connectivity using Application
• Maintaining the timely back up of important data and management resources.
•  Antivirus Console, monitoring Security Patches updating, threat detection. Scanning.
• Documentation of Projects, MIS Reports, Maintenance, Ticket raising for Vendor.
•  Assisted in the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.
• Providing quota limit on file server also manage Sharing & Security access control for Files & Folders.
• Provide patching and upgrades for all servers on monthly schedule
