We are currently hiring for Technical Consultant, a very crucial role and position that will help organization to take it to the next level.
Looking for someone who is Dynamic, Energetic and convincing enough to understand the emerging trends and challenges in Digital Payments.
Project Manager-
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end delivery for all initiatives taken up by the Bank as part of this RFP, covering ensuring delivery on-schedule, to scope, and within budget, tracking and reporting cost, resource and schedule variances from plan, and developing contingency plans to bring the project back into alignment with cost and schedule commitments.
Overall Project Management to meet project objectives.
Responsible for developing and managing project staff and ensuring effective utilisation of team.
Responsible for driving the overall planning, management and completion of projects and technical implementations.
Provide time estimates for new requirements and obtain sign-off from the Client
Promote best practices and standards and review deliverables to ensure highest standard of delivery
Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables and milestones
Constantly monitor and report on progress, risks & issues of the project to all stakeholders.
Work in an Agile (scrum) and fast-paced environment where he/she will need to work closely with the business and respond to changing priorities.
Ensures all project documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
- Analyse potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed.
Desired Skills (PM):
- Should have led multiple software projects through the entire SDLC
- Overall experience of 8 to 10 years with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Project Manager in Banking or payments project.
Expertise on JMeter, Various Unit / Integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Cactus, Enterprise Unit) will be an added advantage.
