Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 4 plus years of experience in technical/ functional Application Support.
Candidate should be able to understand and manage Applications flow and respective functionality.
Candidate should have basic knowledge of UPI/ online payments/ bill payment domain.
Candidate should have basic understanding of reconciliation & settlement process.
Candidate should be able to Diagnose Problems/Issues/Defects, and be able to communicate well with the customer.
Candidate should be able to monitor all scheduled jobs in environment.
Provide necessary Apps logs, transaction logs and all required support to diagnose a reported problem.
Candidate should have good experience on database skills (Pl SQL/MY SQL , Oracle 9i,10g/11i).
Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets.
Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA.
Good Analytical Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Candidate should be able to manage team.
Candidate should be available to work in shifts if needed.
Knowledge of OS troubleshooting
Knowledge of Network, Oracle, Weblogic etc.
