Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector through direct sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within Target accounts.
  • Hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation Sales Module.
  • Proven experience in Handling teams, setting up and getting the targeted deliverables from them.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
