Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior SaaS Infra Engineer to join our dynamic team at Million IQ Solutions. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad or Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in handling Google Workspace (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in using Slack for internal communication and collaboration (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience as a SaaS Infra Engineer (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in managing and facilitating Zoom meetings and webinars.
• Experience with LDAP for directory-based authentication and authorization.
• Ability to integrate and manage Box for secure file storage and sharing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage SaaS infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide robust infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all SaaS platforms.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in integrating and managing tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, LDAP, and Box.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SaaS infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements.
