Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, a passion for connecting with candidates, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•            Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various non-IT roles.

•            Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels.

•            Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

•            Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer and negotiation process.

•            Foster positive candidate experiences by providing timely and transparent communication.

•            Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to contribute to effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

•            1-5 years of proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.

•            Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

•            Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

•            Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•            Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

•            Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
