Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Service Bus Support L2 professional to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore Urban, Gurgaon, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in Oracle Service Bus support and be adept in Weblogic Administration and ESB/OSB.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Oracle Service Bus, demonstrating strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Weblogic Administration, including server setups, configurations, and management.
- Experience with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and OSB (Oracle Service Bus) operations and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently within set timelines.
- Excellent understanding of integration solutions and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and improvements.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Oracle Service Bus, ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.
- Monitor and maintain Weblogic server environments, handling configurations and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ESB and OSB platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements and fixes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in service delivery.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Service Bus advancements and best practices.
