Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and Non-IT roles
• Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
• Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures
