Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Manager- Acquisition (CASA - Sales) to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. As an Associate Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and sales for our CASA products. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in CASA or financial products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good understanding of the financial industry and market trends
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition for our CASA products
• Manage a team of junior sales executives and provide guidance and support
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches
• Track and analyze sales data and report on performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
