Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and high-quality documents on time
• Contribute to strategic initiatives around authoring environments, development processes
• Collaborate with the user experience team and write easy-to-understand user interface text and contextual help.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
• Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
• Ensuring all-around consistency on style, fonts, images, and tone. Updating website content as needed
