Requirements

• Conduct consultations with prospective candidates to understand their career goals, aspirations, and challenges.
• Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals, recommending suitable career paths and educational programs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and educational programs to address inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to team goals.
• Conduct thorough profiling and record student interactions and sales activities in the CRM system through detailed comments.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, counseling skills, and closure skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client interactions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment
