Responsibilities:Make cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.Provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing.Maintain a database of leads and update relevant information.Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Achieve weekly and monthly call volume and sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads.Build positive relationships with customers for customer satisfaction.Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.Utilize Excel for call tracking and reporting.
Requirement
- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client interactions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
