Job Responsibilty:
Manage incoming calls and ensure they are redirected or handled appropriately.
Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and promotions to customers.
Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer interactions.
Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent standard of service delivery.
Keep updated records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Smart to handle customer exclations.
Job Requirement:
Excellent in Communication both English & Hindi/ having knowledge of any South Regional languages will be an additional advantage.
Proficient of email, Excel and inter team interaction.
Proficient in handling difficult customers
