We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Microsystem IT Solution. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to understand our clients' IT needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify customer needs
• Present and promote our IT solutions to clients, showcasing the benefits and features
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
