• Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure the timely and efficient handling of warranty claims, returns, and replacements.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to improve product quality and service delivery.
• Assist with the development of user guides, FAQs, and other helpful resources for customers.
