Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, account management expertise, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. The Head of Sales will work closely with other departments to ensure successful sales and revenue growth.

  • Account Management: Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Sales Management: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
