Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Micro Mitti located in Indore. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing account management, and driving sales growth. This role involves strategizing and implementing sales initiatives, developing and managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the team meets sales targets. The Head of Sales will collaborate closely with other departments to optimize sales processes, analyze market trends, and provide insights for business development.
