Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Micro Mitti. This full-time, mid-level position demands a passion for sales and relationship-building within the real estate sector. Based in our headquarters in Indore, candidates must possess a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in either real estate or BFSI (banking, finance and insurance) industry (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts and negotiate deals (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in negotiation techniques, securing favorable agreements and partnerships.
- Strategic planning skills, envisioning long-term business objectives and creating actionable plans.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical thinking, evaluating data to inform decision-making and solve complex business challenges.
