Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This role involves supporting the Managing Director in daily tasks and ensuring efficient operation within the organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, possessing exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues that may arise and ensure smooth operations.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and task execution.
  • High level of confidentiality to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptability to manage a dynamic work environment and respond quickly to changing priorities and needs.
  • Effective prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure important activities are given precedence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as required by the Managing Director.
  • Assist in managing projects and follow up on tasks to ensure they are progressing as planned.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents and information.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned to support the organization's goals.
  • Travelling should be there along with MD
  • Must Speak English Hindi and Telugu
