Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position available for candidates located in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the graphic design field. The candidate will be working closely with our design team to develop visually engaging content for our diverse clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential for this role to create and edit digital artwork and images effectively.
• Must have strong skills in Adobe Illustrator to design and develop vector graphics for various marketing materials.
• Experience in UI/UX Design to collaborate in the creation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Figma is required for agile design processes and prototyping.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign to create polished layouts for print and digital media.
• Strong understanding of typography to ensure text is visually appealing and readable across various platforms.
• Exposure to Adobe After Effects for creating dynamic graphics and animations for video content.
• Familiarity with Sketch to produce high-quality design resources and assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create original graphic content for numerous projects, including advertising materials, brochures, and digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide innovative and creative ideas that reach our business goals.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistent brand image across projects.

• Update and refine existing designs to enhance visual impact and effectiveness, based on client feedback.
• Stay current with design trends and techniques to apply them in creative problem-solving.
• Assist in the preparation of final design files for printing or digital publication as required.
