Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within the insurance industry. This is a full-time position based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales within the insurance industry
• Excellent knowledge of sales operations and techniques
• Strong understanding of various insurance products, including motor insurance, SME insurance, and health insurance
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance agencies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
