Develop a growth strategy focused on the top line.


- Conduct a Market survey to identify potential clients.


- Conduct business meetings with prospective clients.


- Achieving New business development targets.


- Achieving Cross-selling & upselling targets from existing clients.


- Brand Management and promote services addressing client's objective.


- Maintain records of Sales., Revenue, SLA and list of potential customers.


- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.


- Follow-up with the insurance/client/corporate for SLA's renewal.
