Requirements:

The candidate should have :

• Strong background in IT, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the insurance domain.
• Proficient in requirement-gathering techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Graduation in Information Technology from a reputed institute.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software development projects in the insurance domain.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, and workflows, and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements and ensure proper documentation of all requirements.
• Facilitate communication between, development teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionalities and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed software solutions, addressing any issues or concerns end users raise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to the insurance & and insure-tech industry.
