·        Monitoring Status of security components and alerts, ports on firewalls.

·        Monitoring Bounced Messages.

·        Spam database update status

·        Monitoring Service Status (Up & Running),

·        Monitoring of Virus Alerts from Critical Servers.

·        Logging security incidents with Checkpoint technical team for resolution.

·        Configuration of Route, Side to Side VPN, SSL VPN management.

·        Raise RMA with principal OEM in case of hardware issues.

·        Adding a public IP address in the Firewall for remote access as per customer requirement.

·        Internet bandwidth monitoring and management.

·        Altering customer on Security Alert messages received from Checkpoint for newly found vulnerabilities.

·        Monitoring & Configuring thresholds for resource usage e.g. switch CPU usage, & memory usage etc.

·        Monitoring CPU/ Memory usage & LAN traffic through monitoring tool provided by customer.

·        Monitor Switch Port Status of uplink and other critical interfaces.

·        Monitor and control configuration aspects like IP address, subnet mask, DNS settings etc.

·        Performing switch, port, VLAN configurations.

·        Troubleshooting and recovery in case of any outage.

·        Addition and modification of routes

·        Management of Logs & IP address

·        Creation & modification of access list

·        Monitoring existing IOS & patch installed and managing new IOS upgrades with customer confirmation.

·        Backup of existing configuration & ensuring smooth restoration when required.

• ·        Generation of Monthly Reports like Switch Availability Report, CPU utilization Report.
