Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Madhupushpa HR Consultancy. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Ability to handle high-volume call/email/chat queues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good knowledge of customer support best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
