Principal Accountabilities

?    Evaluation of the Gas turbine blade Profile provided by MHPS and generate output.

?    Generate the IGES, STEP file in Creo.

?    Support MHI for creation of Specification for Quotation.

?    Support MHI for creation of Specification for Purchase (Order sheet).

?    Creation of Supplied Material List & Stock Material Control Sheet.

?    Creation of Destination List document.

?    Maintenance of the Blade Database.

?    Creation of i-Quality template document.

?    Creation of Measurement point drawing.

?    Creation of Inspection result analysis document.

?    Creation of Material sizing document.

?    Creation of Milling Blade PJ Report Engineering sheet & Inspection Report document.

?    Creation of Milling Blade Process capability box plot (PCBP)Report Engineering sheet document.

?    Creation of Manufacturing status report.

Nature & Scope

?    Attending meetings /business trips, as required.

?    Support the New supplier investigation.

?    Involving/conducting witness inspection of Turbine Blade.

?    Co coordinating third party inspectors (TPI) for the witness schedule and execution
