Job Description:
As a BDE-OTC your prime responsibility will be to manage the Counter sales of all Walk-In customers, handle all order enquiries received through Mails, Telephone, WhatsApp etc., and look for opportunities that will help contribute towards the branch revenue goal. You will get a chance to get in touch with a number of Contractors, Printers, Fabricators of the Signage and Furniture industry.
Job Responsibility & Deliverables:
• Manage the complete Sales transaction from Greetings, Product Presentation, Closing of the deal etc. over the counter and meeting your Target goals.
• Daily reporting and maintaining the database of all walk-in customers and inquiries received.
• Identify and report (KYC) Potential leads for further follow up by Sales team. • Supervise the stock taking Activity. • General Maintenance and AMC Supervision of the branch. • Assist the Team in Meeting its Revenue Goals.
