Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer-ALM to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the application lifecycle management process, implementing and maintaining ALM tools, and ensuring the smooth operation of software development projects. We required 4 to 6 years of experienced candidate for Bangalore location.

Educational Qualification:

BE, BTech, MCA, MSc/MTech in C.S from well reputed institutions/Universities.

Job description :

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document software requirements and translate them into actionable tasks within the ALM system.
2. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, such as development, testing, operations, and business analysts, to ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Handle implementation of ALM solutions (IBM ELM/PTC CodeBeamer/ Siemens Polarion) independently
4. Manage and maintain ALM tools (IBM ELM/PTC CodeBeamer/Siemens Polarion) ensuring they are up-to-date and configured to meet project needs.
5. Handle project related discussions with project team/clients
6. Plan upgrades and updates
7. Continuously evaluate and enhance ALM processes to streamline development workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
8. Perform integration of ALM solutions with third party applications
9. Migrate data from 3rd party applications with ALM solutions
10. Provide training and support to team members and end-users on ALM tools and best practices.
11. Generate and analyze reports from the ALM system to provide insights into project progress, issues, and performance metrics
12. Develop automation scripts and plugins
13. Create and maintain documentation related to customization, process configuration.
