Sales and Revenue Generation
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics and customer preferences.
Territory Management
- Plan and execute a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to visit clients.
- Organize and attend events, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote products/services.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the assigned territory.
- Track sales metrics, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations for territory improvement to management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Konkani, Marathi, English, and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
