Roles and Responsibilities
- Procure promotional products and necessary hardware like internet connectivity, laptops, and cameras.
- Plan strategies for backlink creation to enhance domain authority and reduce spam score.
- Ensure backlinks are created on relevant websites, focusing on quality and status.
- Utilize appropriate keywords in the backlink creation process.
- Provide input on creating profiles on B2B platforms.
- Target prospective buy leads in designated locations.
- Track analytics for inbound calls from platforms like India Mart.
- Set and achieve goals for India Mart platform engagements.
- Ensure creative work is directed towards high-stock products with quality final designs.
- Update social media posts at least three times a week.
- Conduct quality checks on social media content.
- Develop plans to improve engagement and reach for social media posts.
- Assign creative tasks and encourage continuous learning.
- Ensure all inquiries via various platforms are updated properly.
- Review monthly analytics for website performance and social media metrics.
- Consolidate monthly data and update email contacts.
- Ensure proper customer engagement and address customer queries.
- Address unaddressed queries for maximum results.
- Address website inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Set monthly targets and track weekly progress to ensure objectives are met.
- Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage leave requests.
- Develop digital marketing strategies and oversee campaign and brand development.
- Coordinate with agencies and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Manage social media, email marketing efforts, and budget for resources.
