We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and analytics. This role will focus on creating and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and improve brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential clients.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
  • Utilize tools like CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics to track and analyze lead generation efforts.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and ensure regular updates with relevant content.
  • SEO and SEM:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specific marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp Marketing and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
