We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and analytics. This role will focus on creating and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and improve brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead Generation:
- Implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential clients.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
- Utilize tools like CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics to track and analyze lead generation efforts.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and ensure regular updates with relevant content.
- SEO and SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and lead generation efforts.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specific marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp Marketing and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
