1. Enquiry Handling

·       He/she will be the single point of contact to receive all inbound enquiries / leads from sources like website / India Mart / WhatsApp / Direct Calls / Market Research Leads etc.

1. Enquiry Scrutiny 

·       Candidate must priorities the leads based on the quality of the lead and establish contact with the lead to understand more about the requirement posted and then pass it on to the corresponding Sales In charge. 

3.     Data Management 

·       He/she must be In charge of the Enquiry Register and manage it on a daily basis.

4.     Enquiry Analysis & Reporting

• He/she must collect daily feedback status from respective sales team before closing of the day. 
• He/she must prepare a detailed report and submit to the Proprietor on a Daily Basis
• He/she must prepare a detailed analysis of Enquiry Performance on weekly and monthly basis

 5.   Prospects Analysis

• Prospects are enquiries generated by Sales team by other channels.
• He/she must collect prospects from Sales team on a daily basis and priorities for status updates and expected billing dates. 
• Enquiry Data base and prospect data base must be maintained separately without duplicate entries. 
• Detailed Analysis to be done on the prospect’s performance on weekly and monthly basis. 

• Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Working with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Updating and protecting the customer database
