Resident Dentist – Full Time (only BDS Candidates apply)

Age Limit: 22 years to 35 years

Experience: - Fresher to maximum 3 years

Salary: - ₹ 10000 ON-WARDS (Depending on Candidates Experience and Skill)

Timings: - 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday              

Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru

Qualification: BDS with a valid “DENTAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION” and “Professional Indemnity Insurance”.

Software Skills: Typing, computer skills, excel, and any other skill will be an added advantage.

English Level: Spoken and Written.

Spoken Language: Kannada, English, and any other Indian language will be an added advantage.

Job Details:

· Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients.

· Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans.

· Performing dental procedures, such as administer local anesthetics; examine teeth, gums, and related issues using dental instruments, x- rays, and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate dental health of the patients.

· Should have adequate practical exposure and be able to perform the following tasks excellently and independently:

o Scaling and polishing.

o Tooth Bleaching.

o Restorations (Composite, GIC).

o Tooth extractions (Non- Surgical).

o Crowns, Bridges & Dentures.

o Root Canal Treatments. (Anterior & posterior)

o Diagnose and treat diseases of gum problems and other periodontal diseases.

o Diagnose and treat diseases of the teeth and gums in children

· Must be able to manage basic procedures and fix appointment with consultants.

· Educating patients by giving oral hygiene instructions & postoperative instructions.

· Assist senior dentist during dental procedures.

· Prescribe medications based on diagnosis and procedures performed.

· Ensure patient record keeping including initial patient data collection.

· Follow-Up with patient On-Compliance and follow-up visits.

· Maintaining records and stock check in the clinic.

· Update, maintain and report MIS as per the directions of Management.

· Work closely with the other clinic staff to assure smooth patient flow.

· Be a part of Brand Promotion activities by participating in Social Media Videos and YouTube Interviews.

For Full Time Candidates:

-         Up to 1 year on Probation (Based on Experience level), and after probation will be confirmed with Increment (Based on Performance).

-         Minimum 1 year commitment must.
