Job description

• Be involved in gathering requirements, composing, implementing and supporting the setup.
• Use Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery model for deploying application
• Become a technical and product subject matter expert while working on technologies that are used for different requirements for each client
• Troubleshoot issues or bugs identified in solutions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle - from pre-sale through ongoing usage - to drive new opportunities, onboard customers, educate on best practices and ensure customer objectives are met
• Support product development activities through understanding and communication of end user needs and requirements, product testing, proof of concept development and new product build/deployment.
• Give technical demonstrations, both internally and to the client to showcase POCs or products developed

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years’ experience focussed on customer-solution / consulting role, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and solution development.
• Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent degree
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ability to interact with other Engineering teams, Sales and clients
• Strong technical presentation skills

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge on CI, CD, Jenkins, Build and release, SDLC and DevOps
