Designation : Senior Team Lead - Operations

Location: Madurai

Industry: BPO / KPO

Salary : 5.50 LPA – 7 LPA.

Experience : 7 – 10 years.

Notice Period : Upto 2 Months.

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Manage the day to day planning and problem solving of team members to meet with the required service level components.

·      Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

·      Delegating tasks to team members.

·      Conducting training to team members to maximize their potential.

·      People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as employee's development.

·      Operations Management : Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.

·      Ownership and problem resolution.

·      Training and development of employees.

·      Conducting performance appraisal for the team.

·      Compiling report on team's performance and customer feedback.

·      Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems.

·      Active participation during team huddles.

·      Responsible to send the shift roster of the team members.

·      Handling the client call.

·      Responsible to keep the SOP up to date.

·      Analyse various reports including process dashboards and team performance reports.

·      Conduct audits and share feedback with team members.

·      Should have handled US clients.

·      Should have experience in one of the processes

•        US Healthcare Insurance

•        US Mortgage Insurance

•        US Property & Casualty Insurance

•        US General Insurance.

•        US Banking

·      Should be willing to work in night shifts.

·      Only male candidates.

·      Notice period - should not be more than 2 months.

·      Should possess excellent Communication Skills.

·      Should have worked in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process.

·      Should have 7 -10 years overall experience out of which minimum 2 -3 years as Team leader.
