Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: 20 LPA - 25 LPA.

Required Skills:

• Lead project independently in software development, maintenance, and package implementation.

• Hands-on experience in technologies Java/J2EE, Microservices, Git/GitHub, BPM,REACT, JBOSS, MySQL, NoSQL, Jenkins and Dockers.

• Take end to end responsibility for customer satisfaction and contract fulfilment.

• Manage scope of the project during its execution including change requests.

• Prepare Project plan, track and collection of metrics data.

• Ability to proactively call out issues/risks and provide solutions and make decisions.

• Communication with relevant stakeholders during the life of the project including perform to organization norms on metrics (eg. Effort, schedule and defect rates).

• Manage relationships with clients - Develop statements of work (SOWs) for new projects

• Mentor and provide periodic formal feedback to individual team members

• Ensure software engineering guidelines and best practices are followed including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

• Create architecture & design of the software.

• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.

• Large Scale Ownership.

• Ability to manage 15-20 team members.

• Short term travel-ready and travel-willingness.

• Quick learner, innovative, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.

• Experience in handling US based clients.

• Experience in US Insurance is preferred.

• Notice Period: 15-30 days.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Criteria:                                                                                                                          •Educational Qualifications: BE/B. Tech / MCA / Graduation

•Minimum 10 years of IT Experience.

•Excellent in people management

•Excellent communication skills

•PMP Certified is preferred.
