JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCESS TRAINER
Location: Chennai / Madurai / Coimbatore.
Industry: BPO/KPO
Experience: 5-7 Years.
Salary: 5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Experience in Process Training in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process
· Responsible for conducting process training for new hires and evaluate their performance
· Passion for training
· Should have collaborated with the International customer
· Should have experience managing the e learning platform
· To collaborate with various stakeholders in the design of learning solutions/methodologies that caters to the business needs
· Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
· Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents, career planning and skill development
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidates located in Chennai/Madurai/Coimbatore can apply.
2. Should have handled US clients.
3. Should have experience in one of the processes of
· US Healthcare Insurance
· US Mortgage Insurance
· US Property & Casualty Insurance
· US General Insurance.
· US Banking
4. Should be willing to work in night shifts.
5. Only male candidates.
6. Notice period - should not be more than 2 months
7. Should possess excellent Communication Skills
8. Should have worked in a BPO/KPO Non Voice International process
9. Should have 5-7 years overall experience out of which minimum 2-3 years as Process Trainer.
