Job Title: US Staffing Recruiter

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of experience

Location: Permanent Work from home

Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruitment to serve assigned requirements
• Follow process and documentation requirements
• Source from portals such as CareerBuilder, Monster, DICE, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, JobDiva, etc.
• Write and post jobs on various job portals.
• Work as a team player, collaborating with others, assisting on projects and contributing to the greater good of the company.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5+ years of US staffing experience (IT and/or non-IT)
• College degree
• Experience working with direct clients and/or System Implementors/Integrators
• Experience sourcing from portals such as CareerBuilder, Monster, DICE, etc.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Willing and able to collaborate with a mindset of seeking what is for the best of the company.
