Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new retailers to promote our digital solutions
• Build and nurture relationships with retailers to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively communicate product features and benefits to retailers
• Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team sales targets

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Software As A Service (SaaS) and digital technologies
• Experience in client management and sales management
• Business development mindset
• Self-motivated and target-driven
