The ideal candidate will manage relationships with our clients, drive IT sales, and ensure client satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery. Generate IT sales, focusing on B2B sales and staff augmentation services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely and effective delivery of services. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

New client Accusations through the B2B Sales and Staff augmentation

Maintain accurate Client and vendor partner records and bench resource list.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for staff augmentation services in pan India.

Hands-on experience in Linkin Sales Navigator and email marketing or other platforms to find new clients.

Generate leads and actively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Qualify leads and prospects by understanding their staffing needs, business goals, and challenges.

Educate potential clients about our staff augmentation services, benefits, and advantages over competitors.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Develop effective sales strategies and proposals tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.

Close deals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favourable for both the client and the vendor partners.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of staff augmentation resources for clients.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
