JOB TITLE: Operations Manager - Sales & Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Maintain and expand overall relationships with existing and new customers.

● Proactively understand customer needs and manage communications between internal and external teams.

● Follow up with the ITC PSPD team for orders in the system and ensure fulfillment as per customer requirements.

● Analyze customer pain areas related to order servicing and delivery schedules, providing suitable resolutions in coordination with the mill team.

● Ensure timely resolution of complaints and quality issues, with periodic visits to customers to identify new opportunities.

● Handle calls, emails, and customer queries, routing information to relevant departments.

● Close sales cycles and ensure timely collection of payments.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Commerce (Part Time / Full Time)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Packaging, Printing, or Paper Industry.

● Working knowledge of CRM/SAP and data analysis.

● Experience in handling HoD's, Key Decision Makers, and "C" Level personnel.

● Fluency in local language and English is mandatory, with exposure in accounts and order fulfillment.

OTHERS:

● Must have exposure to market intelligence and competition.

● Travel within and outside Bangalore may be required.

● Male candidates preferred.

● Immediate joining required.
