We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and engaging content for various digital and print media. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a Junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Experience in designing marketing materials, social media posts, and website graphics
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in digital media and knowledge of best practices for online graphics

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and other digital and print media
• Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the brand and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within the given timeframe
• Ensure that all designs are visually consistent and adhere to brand guidelines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation of designs on digital platforms
• Perform quality checks on the final outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
