We are currently hiring for the position of Center Manager at Merida Tech Minds Pvt Ltd, based in Bengaluru (Bangalore). As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, business development, and recruitment for the center. This includes leading marketing and sales efforts, managing cross-functional teams, running the center as a profit center, building partnerships, and maintaining effective operations.

- Leading marketing and sales efforts for B2C and B2B segments to drive revenue

- Managing cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, admin, and technical staff

- Running the center as a profit center and being accountable for financial targets

- Overseeing day-to-day operations, processes, budgets, policies and procedures

- Building partnerships with colleges, universities and corporate clients to generate training revenue

- Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and mentoring team members across departments

- Preparing sales forecasts, progress reports and documentation to track performance

- Filling open positions in a timely manner to meet recruitment targets

- Exceeding client expectations and satisfaction at all times

- Possessing knowledge of programming languages is an advantage

- Maintaining processes, systems and reports for effective operations
