About the Role:
*Merida Skill Learning Academy is a leading provider of training services for individuals and corporations, committed to delivering high-quality educational solutions.
*We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive with expertise in concept sales and a strong command of English and local languages.
*The ideal candidate will possess impeccable convincing skills, proficiency in cold calling and digital marketing, and the ability to deliver impactful presentations to large crowds.
*They will be accountable for meeting revenue targets, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining process efficiency and reporting standards.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute strategic business development plans to promote Skill Learning Academy's training services to individuals and corporate clients.
*Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, leveraging cold calling and digital marketing techniques to generate leads.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
*Deliver persuasive presentations to large crowds, effectively communicating the value proposition of Skill Learning Academy's training programs.
*Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets month on month, consistently exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
*Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
*Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
*Continuously seek feedback and improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize processes.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
*Achieve monthly revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and client engagement. Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and customized training solutions.
*Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
*Drive process efficiency and effectiveness to maximize productivity and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
*Master's degree preferred.
*Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in concept sales and business development, preferably in the training services industry.
*Excellent command of English and local languages, with strong communication and convincing skills.
*Proficiency in cold calling, and presentation delivery to large audiences.
*Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
*High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
